SIM Race PRO - Pedals
*** Update 17/11/2025 (see below) ***
The SIM Race PRO is a modular driving sim with a force feedback system that lets you enjoy your favorite racing games.
Start at the level you want and then update your SIM Race PRO later.
On this page, you can find all the files you need to build the SIM Race PRO Pedals. Remember that you can build either the 2-pedal or 3-pedal version with this clarification: if you use two pedals, you can use 2 pedal vibration systems; if you use 3, you can only vibrate one pedal (brake) for the time being. I will try to resolve this with a future update.
Assembly Guide
To build the SIM Race PRO Pedals, you can follow the video tutorial below. If you need help, I can assist you on my official Discord channel.
For general electrical diagram follow the schematics in the shared drive dir.
Pedals Vibration System Assembly Guide
MANDATORY: New RJ45 Connector Assembly
This video is a tutorial on how to assemble the new RJ45 connectors between the box and the pedalboard. You will also find the same video on the box page. Please note: this modification is mandatory if you want to have PVS on two pedals and also for future upgrades. If you are not interested in PVS, you can also keep the old USB C connector.
BOM for purchasing components + Electrical diagrams
You will find the list of necessary components and electrical diagrams in an update for backers only on the crowdfunding campaign page in the updates section.

I hope you like this project. Let me know what you think in the comments and any suggestions and/or improvements are welcome 🚀✌️
Updates
*** Update 28/10/2025 ***
- Added a print profile with an updated version of the piston_blocker that prevents it from falling off after repeated use (highly recommended to print and replace the old one).
- Updated the BOM (latest version 1.7) with new items and links for Pedal Vibration Sistems.
- Added pedals electrical diagram into shared dir
- Added PVS Assembly video tutorial
- Added print profile for PVS STD DC Motor Version (so you can use also standard dc motor instead of micro dc motors)
*** IMPORTANT Update 03/11/2025 ***
- Thanks to the support of @pepek (moderator of my official Discord server), we have identified an issue with USB connectors that prevents the use of the vibration system on two pedals. We have already found a solution that we are working on and will release soon. The solution we have found is the one with the least possible impact. More details will follow in the coming days.
You can still build your pedals if you have already purchase the usb connectors but you can't use PVS (pedals vibration system).
Follow the below schematics for now: 5V - V | A0 (break) - D- | A1 (accelerator) - D+ | GND - G
*** IMPORTANT Update 15/11/2025 ***
- A new print profile has been added with the new cover for the pedal board. This modification is MANDATORY as it resolves the issue with the previous update (03/11/2025). The modification consists of changing from a 6-pin USB C connector to an 8-pin RJ45 connector, with a consequent modification of the cover. In addition to resolving the issue, this modification also removes the limitation that prevented the addition of a third pedal (clutch) together with two vibrating pedals. Thanks to the new connector, you can now have 3 pedals and 2 PVS, and it will also allow for future developments and/or additions.
- The BOM has been updated to version 2.0 with the removal of the 6-pin USB-C connectors and the addition of the new 8-pin RJ45 connectors. Please note that you still need the 4-pin USB-C connectors for the additional modules.
*** Update 17/11/2025 ***
- Updated schematics for Pedals and Box with the new 8 pins connectors
- Added the assembly tutorial of new RJ45 connectors
