Description

I wanted to make my own wiper for use in the shower, kitchen or for windows.

I designed it to be able to change the wiper blade if it got worn.

The wiper blade is made out of TPU95 which should be wear resistant.

Here is a picture. For the lip I used Fiberlogy 40D Orange – a really great TPU. It is noticeably softer than TPU 95A, but still a bit too hard for peeling shower tiles. On the other hand, it works well for window panes

Looking awesome in those colour's, I used tpu 95a which came out pretty hard for use on tiles ;) but for glass no problem ..

having a larger one with an option to thread a broom handle in for a squeegee would be awesome

let me know which diameter you would need ;)

The most common size for broom handle threads is 3/4 inch Acme 5 threads per inch I think 18 blade would still be strong enough

A lovely print overall, though the wiper blade is slightly unclean, which I suspect is due to the material

many thanks for the awesome feedback 🥰, I really hope you enjoy the model please take a look at my other models and consider to boost the model for support ;) 😍 tpu is very sensitive to moisture .... also if you keep having issues with tpu let me know if have some small adjustments that will help with printing it.
