DJI Osmo Nano POV Hat Clip

This is an offset clip mount for the DJI Osmo Pocket/Nano series, designed to mount the camera at a lower for perfect POV videos when used with magnetic hat clip that comes with the camera.

The original mount doesn’t allow vertical shooting and also isn't enough for my preferences, so I designed a friction-fit clip that secures directly to the camera’s lens housing—no screws or adapters required.

Two versions are included:

• Short version: keeps the camera vertically aligned for simple, compact mounting.
• Long version: extends deeper and sits lower under the brim to minimize visual obstruction while maintaining a stable POV shot.

• Friction-fit design – no tools or adhesives needed

• Secure yet easily removable for quick setup

• Short and long variants for different viewing angles or visibility preferences

• Short version prints cleanly with no supports, the long one needs a little support depending on the orientation

• PLA or PETG is okay for general use. PLA+ might be better for long term grip compared to PLA.

• STEP file included for customization (offset, length, or fit tolerance). Download the STEP file, position the 2 pieces at your desired offset and use a loft to connect the clip to the ring.
