A miniature PET bottle filament recycling factory. The factory is fully motorized but does not require electronics for control. All nodes are shown here: loading hopper -> feed conveyor -> shredder -> screw extruder -> pigment addition -> filament winder -> spool feed -> spool packaging -> box shipment. 

The project will not require the use of bolts. All parts are inserted into each other. 

Only the filament coming out of the extruder will need to be glued. No more glue will be required. 

The control is performed using keys with Pogo pins inserted.

 

When creating the project, I used motors without specialized connectors. I used wires and a soldering iron, but this does not prevent you from using parts from MakerLab. Everything is compatible.
