Extended Viewing Chamber for Modular Wind Tunnel

This is a very simple extended chamber for Jarrod H's Wind Tunnel.

I intended to use this wind tunnel to test and demonstrate CO2 Dragster designs in my Engineering class. The test section was split in two, 150mm extensions were added and aligned with dowels. I glued it together using some E6000/ShoeGoo to minimize air leaking into the chamber. The extended sections include holes for M2.5 heat inserts just like the originals. The “Window Strip” pieces were designed so I could use thinner lexan sheets as a viewing window while still being held down with the original latches. Also, a modified laser mount is included for the changed mounting holes.
