Description

Hello, here is a model I remixed, all credit goes to the original creator.

I extended the rail to allow for a wider array of optics to be added. Additionally I also added two small holes on the side, which you can put small screw or 3MM set screw to lock the rail into place. Kindly note, this will marr up the bluing on your barrel, so be advised.

If you are thinking of using this I recommend the following workflow to get the best fitment.

Using your 3d printing software, move the model down in the Z axis so that only 5 MM will be printed.

You can print this as a sample model to test for fitment with your crosman air rifle.

From there, you can scale the model up or down slightly depending on the fitment, and then do another test print to check for fitment.

The original model is quite good but a super snug fit when installed. I have scaled to 100.5% which gives a very snug fit, but can slide on without having to use excess force.

The model prints vertical with tree supports.

Note on rigidity: The rail is a fairly snug fit to the gun and when bolted down is pretty sturdy. If you are simply plinking up to a max of 25 meters/yards, this should be more than sufficiently stiff for your optics. If you're doing more precision work, you may consider getting a metal breech instead.

BTW - in the photo with the rail standing vertically on the desk, I wanted the crosman model name to be visible so I snipped out a  took a chunk with my side cutters. This does not affect strength, and you can do this to, or leave as is.
