Silencer for the AEA HP Max MK2.

This silencer is built in a modular way and can be extended or reduced by 38.5mm depending on the damping level.

With 4 modules and an inner layer, the damping level is 31-32 db.

I printed the outer tube at 55 x 2mm. An aluminum or carbon tube can also be used.

With careful post-processing of the support structures of the inner parts, I had a deviation of only 0.1mm from the center at the exit.

As a filling between the inner part and the outer tube, I use a felt mat 3mm thick, 141 x 165mm. It should not be thicker, otherwise the pressure cannot be dissipated as desired.

During initial tests, the silencer repeatedly disassembled itself because the pressure could not dissipate quickly enough. This is now version 7 or 8. It has already withstood 150-200 shots without problems.

Make sure the threads are clean, especially the joint surfaces.

Treat all threads with silicone oil. All wall thicknesses not less than 0.6mm, infill at least 45% and layer thickness not greater than 0.16mm.
