Description

I designed these crash pads for the 2023-2024 Kove 450 Rally. In my case, I printed them in PETG. I ride 95% off-road, so it works. If you ride mostly on the road, I recommend a material that can withstand higher temperatures. It's better to print them in ABS, for example. In both cases, however, 100% infill is important.

You need a longer screw on both sides. Use an M8x40 Allen key and a washer with an outside diameter of, ideally, just under 16mm.

Especially for items that can only be used for a few types of motorcycles, a booster and a 5-star rating are highly appreciated.

I printed with the Bambu Lab A1 and had no issues with my print. However, please note that the parts are tall and, due to the 100% infill, they have a lot of weight on top. I added an 8mm border to the profile, but it's still important to keep the print bed very clean, and ideally, use a bit of 3dLac, as I did.

As always, I assume no liability for printing, assembly, or operation. You act at your own risk.
