Ciao! Sono un tecnico ortopedico e ho progettato questo plantare 3D con struttura reticolare giroide per combinare sostegno, comfort e ventilazione in un unico modello ready to print.

Il design integra una pelotta metatarsale per il corretto supporto del carico anteriore e una morfologia anatomica ottimizzata per distribuire le pressioni plantari in modo fisiologico.
La struttura a reticolo giroide (senza top e bottom layer) garantisce un’ottima areazione del piede e una risposta elastica uniforme, perfetta per chi cerca comfort e traspirabilitĆ  anche durante un uso prolungato.

Hi there! I’m an orthopedic technician and I designed this 3D printed insole with a gyroid lattice structure to combine support, comfort, and breathability in one ready-to-print model.

The design includes a metatarsal pad for proper forefoot load support and an anatomically shaped profile to promote physiological pressure distribution.
The gyroid lattice structure (without top and bottom layers) provides excellent foot ventilation and a uniform elastic response, ideal for long-term comfort and flexibility.

The file is pre-configured and tested — ready to print with any TPU brand.
The only adjustment you should make is the length of the insole, according to your foot size.
