One Piece TCG Power Counter

Description
A colleague inspired me to create and print a Power/Strength Counter for the One Piece Trading Card Game (TCG) for him. Here is my implementation. With a rotating mechanism, the power can be easily adjusted from plus or minus in increments of thousands, from 1000 to 4000.
In return, I'll get some cards (Commons, Rares) for my Master collection 🤩 I just recently started collecting.
