The Mask Movie - Loki Mask

Inspired by the movie “The Mask”, starring Jim Carrey, I decided to create The Mask of Loki — my own version of the iconic mask.
The model is a single mesh, fully optimized for 3D printing.

It measures 166.12 mm in height, but you can easily scale it up or down to fit your face.
I also left some space around the nose area so it can be comfortably worn.

Printed in PLA

• Layer height: 0.16 mm
• Initial layer height: 0.20 mm
• Supports required
• Brim width: 8 mm
• Wall loops: 3
• Infill density: 10%
• Infill pattern: Rectilinear
• Nozzle size: 0.4 mm

Quality settings:

• Standard: 0.4 mm
• Initial layer: 0.4 mm
• Outer wall: 0.4 mm
• Bottom wall: 0.4 mm
• Top wall: 0.4 mm
• Internal infill: 0.4 mm
• Solid infill: 0.4 mm
• Support: 0.4 mm

These settings help maintain consistent quality across all axes, enhancing the details and the definition of the mask’s sculpted lines when combined with the chosen layer height.

Filament settings:

• Cooling fan enabled at layer 3
  (Since the mask is printed vertically, enabling cooling at layer 3 helps improve bed adhesion.)

I made this mask to wear at a Halloween party, and I hope you like it!
