Print profile:
Nozzle: 0.4 (0.2 Strength profile)
Materials: PLA and 95A TPU*
(* You can use PLA instead of TPU - see dedicated print profile description)
Instructions:
(See YT movie for my previous version, the principle of operation is the same)
Print BOX , plain LID and DIVIDER. Divider can go to any slot, horizontally or vertically.
Then, print as many rail sizes from TPU as you wish. Each slot accepts up to 28 mm bases and one side also accept 50 and 60 mm and the other 32/35/40 mm.
Slide the rails into the appropriate slots in the box and then slide the figures inside.
To release the figure, gently press the edge of the rail and bend it slightly. The figure should pop out on its own.
Customisable ornamental Lid:
Since plain lid looked… plain. I've created ornamental lid where you can change font , text and even ornament itself if needed(svg file).
But there is one catch:
Due to the size of this lid, the Prime Tower is disabled .
So in both my lid examples I've added pause at the beginning of second layer for user to check how first layer went.
I can easily see those boxes to store and carry W40k armies or Blood Bowl teams. I've created my ornaments in AI (Gemini 2.5 pro - free tier) without issue so you can also create themed lid for your team, army or RPG party. (you can find my prompt in print profile information)

This is standalone evolution of my previous project.
Nearly every feedback I've received asked ‘Why isn’t it a full box?' So I've made one.
Since now I am not bound by the size of filament box I've made it slightly bigger and quadratic (22cm x 22cm).
As a side effect, it is now optimised for 28 mm minis but even 25 mm minis should have a little more room for themselves (previously they were packed pretty tight).
I've also made this box way more thick in my best attempt to secure minis while travelling. As long as it travel inside backpack it should be fine in any orientation.
But the side effect is that 1 full box takes almost half of the spool. If you're looking for more lightweight version then take a look at my previous project
This is my second published project. English isn't my native language, and I'm not familiar with technical engineering terminology, so if there's anything I could improve in the description, something is unclear, or I'm misnaming something, please let me know in the comments and explain what you mean. I'll try to improve it.
I'd also appreciate any Boosts.
