Hello everyone, this is a 1:1 model of the Little Knight's Nail from Hollow Knight.

First, let's talk about the basics:

· Total length is about 1 meter. To recreate the in-game appearance, I tried my best to follow the concept art.
· Divided into 6 segments for easy printing, storage, and display.
· Regarding the scale: The blade part is made strictly to scale, but the handle was slightly shortened due to printing height limitations. I personally think this proportion looks quite balanced when hung. If you are a stickler for perfect proportions, please bear with me.

A few notes for those planning to print:

1. 1:1 Scale Handle File: I understand some friends might want a handle of completely equal length. Therefore, in the model files, I have included an additional 1:1 scale handle 3mf file. If you have a printer like the H2D that can print taller models, you can directly choose this file to get a fully accurate version.
2. Regarding Tolerance and Materials: The tenons of the model's split parts are designed with PLA material shrinkage in mind. However, I only have PETG on hand, so the assembly tolerance with PLA has not been actually tested. Theoretically, there should be no issue, but if it's too loose or too tight, you might need to fine-tune it yourself, or wrap tape to increase friction.
  · I printed it myself with PETG, and the tenons felt a bit slippery, so I wrapped one or two layers of tape around the connection points to increase friction and contact area, which worked quite well. I recommend PETG users try it too.
3. Most Important: Strength Disclaimer
The primary use of this model is for [wall decoration] or [Cosplay prop].
Please note that its structural strength is not sufficient for swinging or rough handling. Let's just let it be a cool, static display piece.
4. Assembly: Text alone might not be clear enough, so I've included a GIF animation at the end to show the general assembly logic and sequence, which you'll understand at a glance.

All in all, this is a passion project shared with everyone. I've truthfully documented the challenges and solutions I encountered during its creation, hoping to assist fellow Hollow Knight fans.

If you print it, you're welcome to share your results and suggestions in the comments section! Happy printing!

All tenon sizes are different, you can even assemble them blindly, as my single-person assembly might have been a bit shaky and not perfectly clear
