This upgraded version doesn’t just keep your coffee beans fresh — thanks to its airtight screw-cap seal, it’s now perfect for everything that deserves freshness:

Designed for daily use, the screw cap opens effortlessly while maintaining a near airtight seal to lock in freshness and flavor.
🧩 Available in two sizes:
- SMALL: for bag widths around 10–14 cm
- BIG: for bag widths around 14–20 cm
(Tip: You can always fold your bag edges for an even tighter fit!)
💡 What makes the Airlock version special?
- A movable loop for flexible attachment and airtight bag sealing. ✅
- Optional TPU inlays / sealing rings for extra air-tightness
- Even without the inlays, the clip holds rock-solid !
🎨 Three design options:
A. Universal Edition – 3-color “Classic Line” with 8 swaps
B. Coffee Edition – 2-color AMS print with coffee beans on the screw cap (7 swaps)
C. All-in-One Color – simple, clean, no AMS required

🛠️ Behind the Scenes
Creating an airtight version of this popular clip was a real design challenge. Achieving a reliable seal in a printed part meant pushing tolerances to their limits. After countless prototypes, the final solution came through a movable screw adapter and includes the option to integrate TPU sealing rings and a TPU inlay for use as an airtight pressure connector. The result? A near-perfect airlock that brings 3D-printed freshness to a whole new level. 🌬️✨
