Zoey Shoulder Pad KPop Demon Hunters

This shoulder pad is from the Kpop Demon Hunters, worn by Zoey. It's the perfect finishing touch for your costume or a great display piece for any fan. The model is designed to be printed flat, which reduces print time and complexity. The unique post-printing process allows you to shape the armor for a custom fit.

Printing Instructions:

• Recommended Material: PLA or PETG are recommended for their flexibility when heated.
• Layer Height: 0.16mm
• Infill: 30% or higher for better durability.
• Supports: No supports needed!
• Filament Used for Photos: The gold armor shown was printed with Bambu Lab PLA Silk+ Gold, and Bambu Lab PLA Matte White.

Assembly and Shaping:

!! CAUTION: This process involves handling a hot object. Please use heat-resistant gloves and exercise extreme caution to avoid burns. !!

1. Once the print is complete, carefully peel it off the still-hot print bed.
2. While the plastic is still warm and pliable, gently bend it around your shoulder to create the desired curve.
3. Hold the armor in place for a minute or two until it cools and hardens into its final shape.
4. To easily attach the armor to your costume, apply self-adhesive Velcro strips to the underside of the shoulder pad and the corresponding shoulder area of your shirt or jacket. This makes the armor removable and easy to position.
