Description

A small tool to making cutting hasselback potatoes so easy you'll make them for a weekday meal.

I love making hasselback potatoes but cutting them can be a chore. I usually cut them using chopsticks as spacers but they moved all over the place. Looking for a good tool, I only found caddies that contain the entire potato. That didn't work for me. They took up too much space in the drawer and I would like to still have agency over how thin I slice my potatoes.

Including a little case

If you'd toss the clips into the kitchen drawer, you'd probably lose them. So this model includes a little hinged case to store the clips in. Ironically, that case took more effort to design than the clips did.
