Description

I built a cyclone with a solid dust extractor motor. The advantage is that it takes up less space. I bought the cyclone, vacuum cleaner, and barrel online.

For the bolts I used 4 pieces M5x80 and 2 pieces M8x120.

I drilled an 8mm hole through the vacuum cleaner motor support.

The bolt holes were also drilled through the barrel lid. I made two dowel rods for secure mounting, as shown in the photo.

I tested it with a router table with MDF as shown in the photo.

The vacuum motor is a bit noisy, but it works perfectly.

I added a second flange for the top and bottom for the Pemedor Cyclone.

The mounting hole spacing is 100 mm, see the attached photo.

Foot for the barrel also included but I have more type of support feet with the other cyclone design I made.
