AeroCase

The overall dimensions of the case are 220 × 140 × 100 mm.

Handle and Case need to be glued together.

Brim is required when printing the Handle.

Requires 4 magnets, Ø10×2 mm. (Bambu Store:CA016)

Use 1.75 mm filament as the hinge pin.

No support is needed for printing.

I've provided the STEP file of the case body. You can add partitions as needed using modeling software.

For the overall appearance, I abandoned the clasp lock design and used magnets instead. Currently, there are 2 pairs of magnets, which I personally find sufficient. If anyone feels the magnetic strength is not enough, you can let me know, and I can add an additional pair of magnets in the middle.

Clips to snap/hold the handle while glue dries or for a permanent “no glue mod” on would be great! but very awesome print!!

Thank you for your support. If I were to use a buckle design while generally maintaining the shape, there would be two drawbacks. 1. It would encroach upon the internal space of the case. 2. I might have to use supports when printing. Regardless, I have received your feedback and will seriously consider it.

Simple scaling up won't work, because the hinge system will need to be completely redesigned size.
