The previously open-source Wujie PLUS wireless laser engraver was compatible with laser heads measuring 33mm*33mm*78mm and installing a laser head exceeding this size would affect the effective travel This time by fine-tuning the overall frame it can accommodate laser heads with a bottom size of 40mm*40mm or less and any height within an effective travel range of 120mm*110mm providing more laser head options when replicating and reducing replication costs
Currently there are two versions one is a version that does not use graphite copper sleeves the optical axis holes need to be smoothed with the optical axis before installation and the optical axis needs to be coated with lubricating oil or grease
The other version uses graphite copper sleeves does not require through holes and can be directly assembled after installing the graphite copper sleeves The optical axis does not need to be coated with lubricating oil or grease The copper sleeves come in two sizes two are 5mm inner diameter 8mm outer diameter 15mm high installed on the X-axis slider and one is 5mm inner diameter 7mm outer diameter 20mm high installed on the Y-axis frame The cost of the copper sleeves is about 10 yuan
