A handheld, high-velocity fan based on a 24W 4056 ducted fan, incorporates a vacuum cleaner module convertible into a handheld vacuum. Powered by a replaceable 12V universal hand drill battery, addressing battery life concerns.
The vacuum module filter fabric is repurposed from a standard face mask, ensuring readily available materials. Both outer layers are suitable; however, avoid the inner non-woven layer due to excessive resistance.
The BOM is included within the original model file available via the “Download STL” link, providing component specifications and sourcing information.
This design leverages a 24W 4056 ducted fan to create a powerful handheld fan, incorporating a vacuum cleaner module easily adaptable for handheld vacuuming. A readily replaceable 12V universal hand drill battery eliminates battery life limitations.
The vacuum module filter is fashioned from a readily accessible face mask. Use either of the outer layers; however, the inner non-woven layer is unsuitable due to its significant resistance.
