Clik Valve Cap - Custom cap for your bikes!

Finally, a Clik valve cap that actually works!

Most versions floating around either press on the valve pin, pop off too easily, or don’t fit at all. So, I decided to design one from scratch in fusion 360. It’s been tested extensively with 95 ShA TPU for reliable latching and a clean snap fit, matching the feel of the original clik valve. I had flattened the top of the cap for easier printing.

Two variants are included:

• Standard Version: tuned for softer TPU (around 95 ShA). Tested and verified fit on my Tarmac SL8 and my Cervelo
• Easy Version: optimized for AMS-compatible or harder TPUs (97–99 ShA). Slightly looser tolerance for easier loading , but un-tested as I don't have this filament. Feedback appreciated!

Features:

• Precise internal geometry that grips the valve body without contacting the release pin.
• Smooth exterior contour for easy handling even with gloves.
• Designed for true TPU flexibility — not PLA or PETG.

A small, functional upgrade — the kind that makes your wheel builds just a bit more personalized! I had included pictures of the caps printed to match my bikes. I've also included a comparison between opaque TPU and the newer translucent TPU. I personally think the translucent TPU looks much better.
