ATX power supply blanking plate for PSU relocation

I performed a PSU relocation mod in my PC (made it top-mounted for PSU) due to inability to have enough air intake in my computer (i have also removed the PSU shroud and made the whole bottom surface into intake, so now it's 3 bottom intake + 2 front intake fans)

I got left with an open hole where PSU used to be, and had to come up with a solution. Here it is.
