Bigscreen Beyond Audio Strap Vertical Extension

This is an audio strap vertical extension for the Bigscreen Beyond + Bigscreen Beyond 2, remixing the audio strap extension parts that came with the audio strap. This extension lowers the headset approximately 40-50mm in height to allow the audio strap to mount on the lower half of the head as opposed to the upper half. 

• The original extension STEP has been split in half and arranged to allow for 3D printing without overhangs, save for the segment that connects to the audio strap extension again (you may need to clean this with a pair of pliers). You must use the audio strap extension at the bottom endpoint that will connect to the headset, or there will be no play with rotating the headset itself.
• A dovetail joint is introduced to allow printing of the "Frame Strap Cap" section on its flat surface (this will be most obvious in the Bambu Studio project plate)
• Users can either glue the dovetail joint after attachment, or use the included latches to hold it in place with friction alone
• Autodesk Fusion and STEP files are included for those who want to modify it to better fit their needs, you will have to redraw the arc and split the arc with the same dovetail joint to get the same effect
• Printed at 0.08mm layer height with PLA using 100% infill on the extension, and 15% infill + hexagon structure on the latches. You can try to print with ABS/PETG, just be aware of the potential mess in the few overhangs that still exist, and get a pair of pliers to clean it out. The latches can be printed separately at 0.2mm layer height.
