Description

No more draping your headset over the yoke or leaving it in your seat. This hook clips onto the sunshade rail above the side windows in the Boeing 737 flight deck, positioning your headset right over your shoulder — out of the way but instantly reachable.

Designed specifically for the end of the rail (angled to sit flush at the window corner), with a dedicated slot that accepts the clip from your Bose A20 or Lightspeed Zulu — the battery box and cable hang freely below.

Designed and tested by a working 737 line pilot.

Printed in Bambu PETG HF. 0.2mm layers · 2 walls · 15% infill · Prints in under an hour. PETG recommended for durability and sun exposure in the cockpit environment.

Note: Model is for the right seat. Left seat - mirror the file before printing.

any chance to mod this to add a volume/NC module holder under the rail hook and above the headset crafle? like the attached pic?

The issue with that is the module is different for each headset. I chose to make a very convenient spot on the back of the hook to use the clip that comes with the headset. This way it is universal to any clip that will fit, and I've tested it with both Lightspeed and Bose clips to make sure they fit.
