Second or third version I printed to be happy enough with the fit and finish. Aimed for smooth finish on the display surfaces and interior, reasonable to faster print time, and to minimize sagging or stringing on nose and bottom specifically, with a bunch of supports on the tucked-away bottom (gotta sacrifice a few surfaces with complex/overhung shapes usually). I measured my head and another mask I had, and scaled the model down to 90%, still plenty large for me, and perfect for display, saving filament used and time. Totally fits me and should be big enough for most if you wanted to wear it, but scale up as needed! (still bigger than a few other masks I&#39;ve printed off Makerworld). Given the need for some strength if worn, gyroid infill (equally strong in all directions) at 15% was used. Bambu PLA profile used (with non-Bambu filament here), but if you have a slower printing PLA filament, it&#39;s possible you might gain slight quality if you&#39;re having issues by changing the filament profile, at the expense of maybe 30-40 minutes (or more) of print time.
