Card Wallet

Card wallet, mechanism prints in place.

Designed for up to 5 cards. 

Feels good in the hand, lever action is buttery smooth and provides a satisfying click when you push the cards back in.

My Bambu PETG HF one has lasted over half a year of daily use without any issues. PLA was too weak for the “springs” that hold the cards in. 

Notes for printing

• I recommend printing just the mechanism first to confirm the lever works with your filament/settings.
• There is a modeled in brim, it can be removed if it's not needed.
• If the lever sticks, use a box cutter to free it from the inside and push the lever from the backside and it should pop loose - see pics below.
• Lever may be rough at first, but it will wear in. Lubricant, for example PTFE, helps.
