The lettering (to be found under the Print Files folder!!) are separate print plates and are best printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle. Then simply glue them into the empty space with plastic adhesive.
The carrying handle simply needs to be carefully pressed into both openings simultaneously. No glue is necessary here.
