NoedelWorks – New Glenn (1:144)

A detailed 3D printable model of Blue Origin’s New Glenn launch vehicle, scaled at 1:144.

This is my first fully self-made model. I hope you guys enjoy!

Features

  • Movable fins (future update: extended landing legs).
  • Magnetic stage separation for a realistic two-stage configuration.
  • Fairing assembly with magnetic payload adapter, allowing for custom payload integration.
  • Horizontal stand included (future update: vertical stand).

This model is designed for both display and hands-on demonstration of New Glenn’s modular systems.

Requirements

  • Magnets:
    • 31× D5H3 (check polarity before installation!)
    • D3H2    (check polarity before installation!) (Could not include this in the "Bambu Bill of Materials as these are too small)
  • See attached Bill of Materials (BOM) for full part list (recommended print colors and quantities).
  • Standard FDM printer with fine layer height for best results.

Printing Notes

  • Scale: 1:144
  • FDM printer friendly.
  • Parts optimized for easy assembly with magnets.
  • Orientation can be checked in the included .pdf files
  • Supports required on the Stage_2_Engine and Stage_1_Interstage_Fin (Organic supports)
