Discover the fascinating mechanics of this ice time lock. It is a purely mechanical timer that "counts down" a preset time (approx. 20 minutes at 20°C) and then releases a connection at the end. All of this happens simply by melting ice – silently, visually, and almost magically.

Based on an already very successful first version, this model has been optimized for maximum compactness and user-friendliness.

### How it works: Ingeniously simple

1.  Fill the outer sleeve with a small amount of water.
2.  Insert the inner bolt into the sleeve.
3.  Place the complete lock in the freezer. The water freezes, connecting both parts into a solid unit.
4.  Hang the lock (e.g., with carabiners) so that it is under slight tension.
5.  At room temperature, the ice begins to melt. After approx. 20 minutes, it loses its holding power, and the tension releases the connection – the two parts slide apart.
