Description
🔧 Replacement Support for Laser Height Adjustment – LaserMaster Pro S2
Following a stripped thread on the height adjustment screw of the LaserMaster Pro S2 (the main screw that holds the laser), I designed this robust and practical replacement part.
🧩 Description
This part attaches directly to the screws located under the laser label, and allows you to replace the original mounting system without permanent modification.
Installation is simple: just make a quarter turn to put it in place.
⚙️ Materials Needed
- 🔩 3 M2.5 × 10 mm screws (slightly longer than the original ones)
- 🧱 2 M3 × 4 × 5 mm brass inserts (to lock the adjustment on the rail)
🧰 Operation
- The part securely holds the laser on the adjustment rail.
- The two M3 inserts provide a firm lock for height positioning.
- Designed to be printed in PETG or ABS (PLA is possible but less recommended due to heat).

- Orientation: contact face down
- Infill: 40% minimum
- Supports: Tree-like, in contact with the part

- Check for proper alignment before tightening.
- Consider using stainless steel or steel screws for a longer lifespan.
