This custom-designed Lumintop Frog casing offers a sleek and secure way to display or protect your flashlight. Perfectly optimized for 3D printing, it features magnetic snap-fit assembly using neodymium magnets for easy access and strong closure.
Specifications:
Designed for: Lumintop Frog flashlight
Print layer height: 0.08 mm (recommended for best fit)
Magnet slots:
5 × 1 mm magnets × 10 pcs
4 × 1 mm magnets × 10 pcs
Magnet placement:
Add 5 pcs of each magnet at layer 100
Add remaining 5 pcs of each magnet at layer 882
Assembly: Simple magnetic alignment ensures smooth fit and firm hold
Recommended materials: PETG or ABS for durability and heat resistance
Notes:
Ensure magnets are inserted in correct polarity before sealing the next layer.
