Flip phone like Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7

This is a Samsung Z flip 7 replica model with a working hinge. 

OLD ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: align the hinge with the slots on the two pieces, then give it a good amount of force (trust me), and it will go into the slot. Good luck trying to take it out. I have not yet cracked a phone, so it should be fine.

PIP model: remove the brim surrounding the phone, bend the phone, and peel off the rest of the brim.

UPDATE (4/6/2026): I have designed a slightly better model with a camera hole and a somewhat better hinge. Do you want me to upload this profile with support for the hinge slots and/or a black back cover to mimic a screen? I myself have not had any difficulties printing the hinge slot without support, but it seems like you all are having issues, so if you want it, I will add it. Once I get enough feedback (comments) on this, I will add the better profile the way you want it.

UPDATE (5/1/2026): Alright, since nobody is telling me what to do, and I finally made it print in place, I will just upload the print in place profile with a camera hole and a black back.

UPDATE (6/11/2026): I realized that my model name might violate some copyright laws, so I'm making it more generic. Also just to be clear (you probably would guess so) Designed to look like and work like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 (released July 2025). I am not affiliated with Samsung. Fan-made recreation.
