Description

First time making cabinets, using 15mm melamine.

As I have no idea what it is I'm doing, I decided to make these jigs to help me put things together.

So here's the list:

  • Center-finder with drill guide at 7.5mm (half the width of a board) for perfect alignment
  • Center-finder with vertical supports to hold interior vertical panels in place
  • Center-finder with drill guide at 7.5mm and 100mm.
  • 15mm Corner, L-Shape Guides for single pieces. Mirrored piece included
  • 15mm & 30mm Corner, L-Shape guide for single piece to double piece. Mirrored piece included

Fitting

Noticed that humidity, as always can add some friction while inserting the jigs a little. If that is the case for you. Just scale models at 100.3%

Printing

Used ABS for prints. Standard settings, Infill density 10%.
During prototyping, I used PLA and worked just fine.
