This was made for Smallrig 4336 full cage that i tested with my a6700. Since I dont have an airtag, I used a 3d model to test the fit. If it doesn't stay in, let me know and i can fix it.

 

To install, slide the clip part onto the metal rod at the bottom of the cage. Then, push the cover down from the other side until it pops into place. You may have to bend the walls in slightly to make it fit. To remove the cover, you can use the thumb slot on the side of the cover or the slot behind the lever door. You can also use the tool that comes with the cage to pry it open. 

 

I printed mine in PETG.
