Design Concept

The CF Pelican is depicted in a grounded stance, its oversized beak emphasized through bold crystalline planes that dominate the silhouette. The faceted wings fold tightly against the body, while the tail and legs are stylized with sharp angular geometry, giving balance and stability to the figure.

Purpose

Adds a coastal and waterbird presence to the collection, symbolizing resourcefulness and adaptability. The pelican complements aquatic figures like the CF Dolphin and CF Beluga while expanding the avian series alongside the CF Goose and CF Ostrich.

Printing Recommendations

Neutral tones such as white, light gray, or sand work well for a natural look, with optional brighter accents on the beak for added contrast. Metallic or satin finishes emphasize the sculptural qualities of the design. Supports may be required under the beak, wings, and tail.

Assembly Instructions

The CF Pelican is designed as a single-piece print. After printing, carefully remove supports from beneath the beak, wings, and tail to preserve sharp geometry. No further assembly is required.
