🎮 XXL Travel Box for Nintendo Switch 2 – High-Capacity, Modular Design

You asked for more space after my Slim version — here it is! The XXL Switch 2 Box keeps the same concept but with a much deeper base and a large internal compartment. Perfect to carry your Switch 2, charger, extra Joy-Cons, and up to two Pro Controllers. The lid stores 24 game cartridges, and the screen is safely held so nothing touches the glass.

🧩 What’s Included (Main Profile = 7 Plates)

1️⃣ Switch 2 Cradle: Holds the console, 2 Joy-Cons, and both wrist straps.
2️⃣ Lid with Switch 2 Logo: Includes 24 game slots. (Requires AMS for color; themed lids like Zelda, Pikachu, Splatoon & Cyberpunk also available as separate print profiles)
3️⃣ XXL Base: Spacious storage for charger, Joy-Cons, or up to 2 Pro Controllers.
4️⃣ Attachment Parts: Hinges, locks, and strap holders.
5️⃣ Alternate Retaining Pin: Slightly tighter fit if needed.
6️⃣ Pro Controller Inserts: Works with both versions (v1 & v2). Use a simple elastic band in the provided ring — pull it over the controller and into the slot to lock it in place.
7️⃣ Base Divider: One divider included; fits into 3 possible slots to organize your setup.

🔩 Assembly Details

This model uses 6× M3 × 40 mm screws for a robust, reliable setup:

• 2 screws = hinges connecting lid & base
• 2 screws = lid clip anchors
• 2 screws = base clip anchors where the clips latch securely to close the box

The retaining pin for the Switch 2 is printed separately for better strength (printed on its side) and easy replacement if ever needed.

• Designed entirely from scratch to ensure a perfect fit and stable protection for your Switch 2.
• 💡 The lid is exactly the same as on this Slim version — so if you already printed this model, you can upgrade to the XXL base without reprinting the lid!
