Evolution R255TBL Mitre Gauge T Track replacement

I designed this replacement for the stock T-track of the Evolution R255TBL+ because the original aluminum one had too much side play, making precise cuts impossible.

This 3D-printed replacement provides a snug, accurate fit and includes a built-in zero-degree angle marker, as well as cutouts for mounting screws. For proper assembly, you’ll need two M6 nuts inserted from the underside.

If you frequently use your mitre gauge, I recommend printing the part in PETG for extra strength and wear resistance. For lighter or occasional use, PLA works perfectly fine.

Update 05/02/2026: After receiving reports about fitment issues from users @CEDesigns and @rmiranda (thanks guys), I have prepared a customizable version of the model so it can be adjusted to fit your specific T-track.

I knew that Evolution is unfortunately known for taking a rather relaxed approach to dimensions, something I only learned after buying the saw myself, but to be honest I did not expect the size variations to be this significant.

Anyway, the customizable version is now available. Just hit the Customize button and adjust it to your needs. Use enclosed print profile as a reference for print settings.
