In the most recent BambuStudio versions there is a probem to colour every part of the model(I do not know why, you can not just mark a specific area). Personally, I use 2.1.0.59 version to colour the model properly, so if you would like to change the colour of some iPhone detail, I recommend using an older version, otherwise, this may not be possible.
