Description

For this model you most likely will need super glue

This model represents the USS Missouri, designed to closely replicate the original battleship located at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. It is a highly detailed model, and some of the more delicate parts may require super glue for reattachment after handling. A plaque is also included.

Two sizes are provided — large and small — and each size includes both a colored and uncolored version. The larger model will need to be assembled with super glue.

Note on Colors:
The colors used are historically accurate. The dark red portion represents the anti-fouling paint applied below the waterline to prevent marine growth on the hull. The black band above it marks the waterline, just as it appears on the real USS Missouri.
