Standard Block

This block is the basic component of the system
The outer diameter is 25mm, while the inner diameter is slightly larger than 20mm to allow effortless insertion of accessories
It is fixed beneath the workbench with a threaded collar; once positioned, there will be no need to remove it again, as the adapter can be unscrewed and removed from the top surface of the bench using the multifunction key

Why 25mm ?

  1. Using the standard block brings the hole back to the classic 20mm and thus compatibility with the MFT world (did you think I was crazy?), but in this way, it can be replaced if and when it gets damaged, protecting the workbench
  2. The caps (with internal M8 nuts or 16mm diameter washer) perfectly close every gap, are stable, and can be removed with a 12x3mm magnet
  3. PLA is excellent and not very yielding, as well as being economical (in the profile you will find enough walls to make it solid)
I tested ABS and PA6-CF, which are excellent, but I personally did not find them necessary
