Hole grid template

The template is designed to create a hole grid on a workbench following the 32mm standard, so each hole is 96mm from the next, ensuring maximum compatibility with existing MFT systems

By using two presets, you can create perfectly centered grids on benches with sides from 400mm up to 1500mm, or you can use just the hole template by positioning it on the bench with the centering arrows

Printed on the template you will find two tables: the one called “Side length” will help you set the length of the table side, while the one called “Template hole” will allow you to choose between two settings:
1) holes near the table edge (orange)
2) fewer holes further from the edge (green)
In the PDF (ITA-ENG) you will find a table with the distances from the table edge and all detailed instructions

The 25mm holes are made with a Forstner bit + dedicated support, however, it is not necessary to adhere 100% to the 25 Core Bench project

Using the 20mm hole template
If you simply want to make 20mm holes on your table and use the accessories I created, you can
You will find a profile with a chamfer tool, adapters, and reference dogs to create a 20mm hole grid
The reversible blades for the chamfer tool can be found here, they measure 14x14x2mm with a 30° angle, you will also need a threaded insert and an M6 countersunk screw

No AMS version

I also thought of those who do not own an AMS: in the dedicated profile you will find templates that use visual references different from colors

Specifications
PLA has proven sufficient for all parts of this template
You can make it using your AMS or in single color
No supports are needed
