Model of the Super Heavy Booster V3

Scale 1:100

High quality I have tested it with various wall thicknesses

The cleanest print is achieved with separate outer walls and infill

Print all parts and assemble them the order is self-explanatory

Good luck

Which silver did you use? I used sunlu silk pla+ but doesn't look this good...

I keep having issues with the hot staging ring posts. most print fine but a few get knocked over and create a mess. any suggestions. Everything else is priming perfect. great design details! Can’t wait for more designs!

Having the same issue. Many posts print well, but I cannot get a clean print. Using the same Sunlu Silk Silver PLA. Tried all kinds of adjustments in settings and slowed the whole thing down to about 25% on my K2 Plus and still no luck. I added supports to the upper ring because in earlier attempts the filament bridging across was pulling on the posts and breaking them off.

😊, BoosterV3 is appearing on the plate, it's fine. We have no problems. We are happy. I have many Starships and Boosters, also Tower Mechazilla with OLM. I am interested in your beautiful Starbase. Perfect. :-)

My 3D printers are here. I do my own model building. We'll see my model finished then, we'll just have to wait. Okay

Excellent model and printed great. I've mounted mine on a board with a base as I don't have room to display the full tower and launch mount. Added the moon for effect (and NO it's not upside down, that's how it appears here in Australia). Thank you.

Great models. Very detailed and easy to assemble. I especially like the no glue design. I scaled the booster and ship to 50% to save filaments and printing time. Turns out it’s not an easy task! I used more than 100 grams on the raptor engines and catching pins, because they become too fragile when shrunken down. Support filaments only make things worse. Still exploring different settings. Appreciate any ideas.

Hey, would you be so kind to share the settings you used to achieve the print of the struts used for the integrated hot staging ring? I tried to scale the model down as well to around 60%, but my printer doesn't seem to get it right, even though I'm using a 0,2mm nozzle and extra slow print speed

I have a 1:200 IHSR model if you need it. I reinforced the existing one slightly to make it work

Because flight 12 is soon, I created a more robust hot staging :) with larger support https://makerworld.com/fr/models/2823404-hot-staging-remixed-booster-v3-1-100-spacex#profileId-3144636 fully compatible with this booster.

very detailed booster but there is a problem with the hot staging ring: the rods are too thin and break before the top layer prevents them trom doing that

same issues here as well I assume nobody found a fix for this? I took it off the plate and the rods instantly fell off they were hardly even attached on the printer bed..

printed at 160%. Everything snapped together except the fire ring that I had to reinforce to print. Amazing print I have never been able to upsize a model this much and not have problems. I will add a picture of it when I finish it. Getting double boost.

This model was fantastic to print. The only setting I changed on my H2S was to slow down the outside layer to 50mm/s. All plates printer perfectly the first time. Great model!

I am creating a Booster V3 3D model of the A1. We are happy. We are satisfied. It is B19 V3. 😉 I am first trying the engine unit Raptor test from the 3D printer, it works. We have no problems. perfect 👍🏼🚀😊

I really liked your base, it would be interesting to put it up without breaking the motors, how can I get it

You can watch my motor. But it is 0.16 mm layer height and slow 35mm/s and support. You try to watch the motor. 😉 We hope to ...
