Description

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado model - 197mm long

If there are enough interest, I plan to refine this model, add accessories (snorkel, roof rack, roof tent, trailer, etc.) and maybe turn it into a Cyberbrick model.

I tried to arrange the print plates either by color and/or objects to reduce plates and simplify printing. Except for the front and rear lights, color changes are by specific layers so should be possible without AMS.

Assembly:

  • Assemble with Super glue.
  • Easiest order is:
    • Start the body by glueing the roof to one of the side panels
    • Glue boot to body
    • Glue second side panel to body
    • Glue front panel to chassis
    • Glue body to chassis and front panel
    • Glue windscreen to body
    • Glue bonnet to body
    • Glue front grilles and assembled toyota badge to front panel
    • Glue toyota badge and number plate to boot
    • Glue roof rails and door handles into position
    • Assemble/glue front and rear lights and mirrors and glue into position
    • Remove tyre support, assemble/Glue wheels and clip onto chassis

If you have bronze filament for the rims, I think that will look great.

Came out fantastic - added a transparent stand I modeled - as birthday gift to a family member. I t was a big success. The car body was printed with PLA Wood. Came out really nice.
