Description
Training/Airsoft 28cm knife with complete holster for belt. The blade, handle and holster are divided in half to make it easier to print and to have a better appearance after assembly.
Print all the parts with a resistant material such as PETG/ABS/ASA and the sheet in TPU. Supports are needed to print both halves of the handle.
Assembly:
1.- Glue an M4 nut on one of the parts of the handle with the hole for it.
2.- Glue the two halves of the blade and the handle together, separately.
3.- Assemble the blade and handle with a 12mm long M4 screw.
4.- Before joining the two halves of the case, glue two M4 nuts to the inside of each half.
5.- The holster can be attached with just 4 self tapping 3mmx12mm long screws. Although it gives better results also using glue.
6.- Insert 4 M3 nuts into the belt holder parts of the holster. And join them with 4 M3x8mm screws.
7.- Finally, the belt holder is attached to the holster in the desired position with an M4x5mm screw.
