Wheelbarrow handle replacement that fits 30mm dia bar. This profile is ready to print, no change is required to the print profile settings.
This specific print profile recommends the use of TPU for ultimate flexibility as I created the model to be a tight fit. It rains a lot where I am, so I wanted to make sure the handle wouldn't accidentally slip off the bar when the wheelbarrow itself is exposed to moisture. I added fuzzy skin modifier on the inside diameter for increased grip. You might need to hammer lightly (I used a rubber mallet) just to really get it in there, and once it is in you can bet it isn't going anywhere until it breaks down again.
If you are worried about tolerance issues, try scaling +2% or so and see if it helps.
