GL80 (GLS80) Duran Bottle Cap and Bioreactor plate

As part of a project to create a GL80 (GLS80) bottle top bioreactor for growing larger and more controlled cultures of E. coli I have created my own GL80 / GLS80 bottle cap. I have both a solid cap and one with a ID 70.6mm hole and a plate that you can customise for your own projects and needs. There is a recess in the lid for an O-ring/silicone disc to make the seal water tight.

The print you see was done on a P1S with a 0.6mm nozzle using bambu PLA and travel speed of 300mm/s plus no supports. When I finally get some PAHT-CF I will be using that to withstand autoclaving. I have used this lid on Duran 2L (2,000 mL) bottles no problem in a shaker and should fit any GL80/GLS80 bottles.
