Description

This is an insert for Arkham Horror LCG

There are several versions of this insert. What is always important to me is functionality. There were a few things I really wanted to include, namely an agenda deck holder and a card box for the encounter cards. These two designs are not mine. I chose them because they fit perfectly in the box and adjusted the dimensions slightly. I also wanted to be able to accommodate 3D-printed upgrades for the investigators (holders, damage indicators for health and sanity, as well as direction arrows for the location cards, etc.) if desired. If you don't use them, you can still use the insert, of course. My design should cover both. The upgrades are also not 100% my designs. I adapted them, but the idea came from others.

The original designs can be found here:

Otherwise, the insert is very simple, of course, because you basically only need a few boxes for the tokens and card boxes.

I also designed card boxes for the expansions, and since there was still a little space left and no more cards would fit in there, I designed two trays that can be used for other things.

Overall, this will save you a few boxes and give you some deluxe components that can be easily stored in the insert and used while playing.

The insert does not create a lid lift.

Please note: The information below only refers to the insert, not the upgrade tokens. The encounter card tray and the agenda stand are part of the insert and are included, of course. However, the 3D tokens are not included and must be requested elsewhere separately.

As always, comments and ideas for improvement are always welcome.

All files must be printed once, with the exception of files that have an x and a number in their name. For example, x24 means that this part must be printed 24 times.

The 3mf file is included and already prepared for multicolor printing. The 3mf file is for the Base Game only. For the expansion Box, you will finde the STL files her ein the file section. They are named Expansion Box XY.STL

The longest part to print measures 190.5 mm. This should be possible to print on standard printers, or you can rotate the part 45 degrees in the slicer.

The whole thing was printed on a BambuLab A1. Printing takes approx. 46 hours (base game and expansion box with variable layer heights and multicolor printing) with a material consumption of approx. 750 grams (base game) and 225 grams (expansion) – depending on how the infill is set or whether you print with top and bottom layers.
