Needle

Hornet's weapon in Silk Song Total length 1.4 meters. The structural design uses threaded and rotary buckle connections, requiring no glue or hardware, it is detachable and easy to assemble and disassemble Assembly Instructions I. Overall Exploded View (For better distinction, colors are used for simple categorization) Parts can be divided into: White main sword body Blue connectors Green handle Yellow handle connection

II. Handle Assembly
Plate 1 in the project file is the main handle body. Note that the handle has a direction (as shown below), and the notches must overlap correctly.Additionally, the notched side has a left-handed thread (tightens counter-clockwise), while the other side has a right-handed thread (tightens clockwise)

III. Sword Body Assembly
The sword body consists of six sections in total. Except for the threaded connection with the handle, all other connections use connectors. Specific steps: ① First, insert the connector horizontally into the sword body, ② Then rotate the connector 90 degrees along the guide, ③ Insert the limit tab into the sword body slot, ④ Vertically align with another sword body section, insert the exposed connector (pay attention to the guide direction before insertion), and finally rotate the sword body to align it

Note: The tightness of the connector can be fine-tuned by adjusting the outer contour compensation
IV. Additional Explanations
① Due to the different printing directions of the handle connection and the handle itself, the textures may not be consistent. For those with high demands on appearance or feel, the STL file includes an uncut handle that can be used for vertical printing.
② Although only five percent infill was used, the overall weight of the sword body is greater than that of the handle, causing the center of gravity to shift towards the sword body. If you frequently use it, it is recommended to increase the infill density on the handle side. Additionally, I designed the handle with a hollow slot, allowing users to fill it with other materials for added weight
