Install an AiO Watercooler into your FormD T1 without compromises! Full-size radiator, full size fans!

With this AiO Cover from FormD, you can install a full size 240mm (with up to 30mm thick fans) radiator in the top of your T1.

It's recommended to print this in PLA, as its overhang capabilities are great. I had it on my T1 for over three months and the heat from my 4070 Super and 7800X3D was definitely not enough to cause any deformation on the print. You might get different results with a 14900K and a 4090 at 450W, though.

Print Instructions for Unsupported Model

Make sure to set support blockers to the model, where shown in the picture. Set Tree Supports to Auto and all the options as shown in the image. This will consume about 330g of material and take roughly 14 hours. Apply some adhesive. I used 3DLAC, but any adhesive should do. Cooling is your friend. Set the Aux-Fan to 100%, open the lid and the door.

Print Instructions for Pre-Supported Model

You only need two small tree supports here for the back. The rest should work fine with the pre-supports. Just make sure you have a lot of cooling. Apply some adhesive. I used 3DLAC, but any adhesive should do. Set the Aux-Fan to 100% and leave the door and the lid open during printing. Best have the chamber temperature below 30°C all the time.

Also check the attached .3mf project file.

If you have any questions or if something is unclear, please ask before printing! I'm always happy to help you save time and filament.

Once you're done, I would absolutely love to see your results! Please share a photo of your printed model and leave a comment if everything worked out well.

Happy printing!
