Your likes and boosts are my motivation to update!!! Thank you~
This is a gull-wing door sports car with no hardware and a 3rd generation optimized 3D printed spring axle. Installation requires some skill!! To achieve the best stretch and fixing effect for the tail wing, it took some time with continuous trial and error. This unique buckle shape was finally used to create a certain resistance when pushing and pulling, preventing the tail wing from becoming loose due to repeated movements or being pulled out completely with strong force, which is why the update took longer!! The car door snaps shut and also requires some force to open!! (Small size LxWxH approx: 91.2*45.6*26.6mm)
Notes:
1. Because the entire car is relatively small, the doors, buckles, steering wheel, and overall strength are not very high, and there are not many details inside the cockpit!!
2. Before printing, please ensure the filament can bridge 12.9mm (large size 19.35mm, mine has no drooping without supports), otherwise, the car door might not close!! Or be prepared to manually correct it yourself..!!
3. If the small size print has large tolerances, the tail wing might be a bit tight; just push and pull it a few times and it will be fine!!
The GIF below is an assembly diagram:
1. When installing the tail wing, first place the front end of the buckle in the red circle on one side of the image below onto the slot to slightly secure it, then push the other side into the slot (do not push too far to avoid breaking at the green circle), and finally, apply even force to press at the two red arrows!! (Note: Uneven force may cause breakage at the green circle)

2. For the car door, first put one side of the buckle into the slot, then push the other side into the slot, it requires some force!!
3. Tilt the wheel and place it onto one side of the axle buckle, then press the red circled area with your thumb, and apply force to the side of the wheel with your index finger to press it in (using leverage). The installation method for the wheel on the other side is the same (check the GIF)!!

4. Install other parts!!

Note: 1. Both PLA and PETG can be printed. It's best to understand the characteristics of these two materials before printing to avoid printing failures!! For example, PLA can become brittle if left for a long time or at low temperatures, while PETG has good toughness. Please choose the filament that suits you!!
2. If it's for younger children, and the parts are small and easy to disassemble, it's better to glue them firmly with 502 or other adhesives to prevent them from being swallowed!!
3. If there are no special requirements, please do not use your own advanced process settings for printing~ to avoid printing failures!!
If your printd part has local spaghetti, or the filament doesn't stick to the build plate, please recall if you touched that area (hands secrete sweat and oil, touching it has a very high chance of causing spaghetti) or if the build plate is dirty. The solution is to search online for how to clean a 3D print plate!! If other problems occur, please describe it in the comments section and add pictures, so it's easier for us to solve it~ Otherwise, I can't imagine the situation = =!!
